- Anchor Date: This column indicates whether or not an anchor date is assigned to the task. It is an actionable column--clicking on the icon in this column will set the task as an "anchor date" and the critical path engine will calculate dependent task dates based on this task's start and due date.
- Assigner: The person who initiated the task and assigned a resource to it appears in this column.
- Attachments: This column indicates the number of attachments associated with a task. It is an actionable column--clicking on the icon in this column will open the Attachments dialogue and allow you to access and/or upload attachments associated with this task.
- Billing Code: Indicates the billing code associated with the task.
- Billing Milestone: Displays whether a task has been identified as a billing milestone. This is an actionable column accessible only in Power Grid or Timeline view--clicking on the icon will mark the task as a billing milestone to be used in invoicing and dashboard creation.
- Billing Milestone Amount: Displays the billable amount associated with the billing milestone. This is an actionable column accessible only in Power Grid or Timeline view--type to enter the billing milestone amount to be used in conjunction with the "Billing Milestone" indicator for invoicing and dashboard creation.
- Changed By: Indicates the last user to make a change to this task.
- Changed Date: Displays the date of the last change made to this task.
- Chat: Indicates whether there are chat messages associated with this task. This is an actionable column--click on the Chat icon to open the chat dialogue and view/add messages.
- Completed By: Displays the name of the user who completed this task.
- Completed Date: Displays the date on which this task was completed.
- Cost Code: Displays the cost code associated with this task.
- Created Date: Indicates the date on which this task was created.
- Creator: Displays the user who created this task.
- Customer: Displays the customer associated with this task.
- Dependency Map: Indicates whether dependencies have been associated with this task. Click on the Dependencies icon to open and view the Dependency Map for this task.
- Description: Displays any description associated with this task. These might be task details or instructions.
- Due Date: Displays the date on which this task should be completed.
- Duration: Indicates the number of days allotted for the completion of this task. This is different from the work estimate, which is the number of hours required for the work to be completed. For example, a task may require 3 hours to complete (work estimate), but it may be completed over the course of 2 days (duration).
- Favorite: Indicates tasks that have been denoted as "favorites." This is an actionable column--click on the Favorite icon to favorite/remove favorite status from a task. The MyTasks view may be filtered to display only "favorite" tasks by clicking on the Favorite icon in the upper navigation.
- Line Number: Indicates the line number for this task. This number changes if a task is reordered in the project.
- Lock Dates: Indicates that the dates for this task have been "locked" and cannot be updated by the Critical Path. This may be used when dates are absolutely fixed (e.g. a go-live date that cannot be moved). This is an actionable column--click on the Lock icon to lock/unlock a task.
- Lock Delete: Indicates that a task cannot be deleted. Only admins with the Task Delete Lock permission may lock delete a task.
- Milestone: Indicates that a task has been flagged as a milestone. Milestone tasks are 0 duration tasks that do not allow time entry or work estimates. This is an actionable column--click on the Milestone icon to indicate/remove a milestone status.
- Name: The task's name.
- Notes: Any notes associated with the task. This is an actionable column accessible only in Power Grid or Timeline view--type to enter notes.
- Nudge: This is an actionable column that allows the user to send an immediate quick pre-defined notification to the task owner. (Ex: "What's the Status", "I need this now", "Thank You")
- Owner: Indicates the person responsible for the task's completion.
- Pending Acceptance Flag: Indicates that the user assigned this task has not yet accepted ownership.
- Percent Complete: Indicates the percentage of completion for this task. This is an actionable column--click on the Percent Complete icon to modify this amount.
- Priority: Indicates the priority assigned to this task on a scale of 1 to 4, with 1 being most urgent. This is an actionable column--click on the priority icon to change it.
- Privacy: Indicates the visibility of this task--whether it may be viewed by all, by users within your enterprise only, or only by task creator/assigner/owner. This is an actionable column accessible only in Power Grid or Timeline view--click to open the dropdown and modify visibility of a task.
- Project: Displays the project to which this task belongs.
- Project Phase: Displays the phase to which this task belongs.
- Record ID (Read Only): Displays the system-generated number associated with this task from its first creation. This number cannot be modified.
- Reference Number: Displays a customizable reference number.
- Reminder: Allows for reminders to be set for tasks at a specified interval. This is an actionable column accessible only in Power Grid or Timeline view--click to open the dropdown and set a reminder for this task.
- Repeat: Indicates whether or not a Task has been configured to repeat at a specific interval. This is an actionable column available in the Power Grid or Timeline view. Click to open the Repeat Configuration dialogue and set up, modify or delete a task's repeat interval.
- Resource Type: Displays the resource type that is needed for this task.
- Schedule: Displays the number of scheduled events associated with this task and also any indications of late/out of bounds scheduled events. This is an actionable column--click to add/manage scheduled events.

Schedule - Next Appointment: This column displays the next scheduled (earliest) open appointment for the task. If the next scheduled appointment is in the past, that will be displayed in red.
- Schedule - Total Closed Scheduled: This column displays the total closed appointment hours for the task.
- Schedule - Total Hours Scheduled: This column displays the total scheduled hours on the task (including closed appointments).
- Schedule - Total Open Scheduled: This column displays open scheduled hours for the task.
- Schedule - Unscheduled Balance: This column displays the remaining hours to be scheduled for the task. This takes the work estimate and subtracts the schedule total.
- Skills Required: Shows any skills that have been indicated as necessary for the completion of this task. Skills are defined by system administrators in the Data Table Maintenance dialogue.
- Start Date: Indicates the date on which this task is scheduled to begin.
- Status: Indicates the status of this task. This is an actionable column--click to change task status.
- Steps: Displays a count of steps associated with this task. This is an actionable column--click to open the Steps dialogue where you may view and edit step details.
- Team: Displays the team associated with this task.
- Time - Time Clock: This is an actionable column--the Time Clock icon may be clicked to begin a time clock entry associated with this task.
- Time - Time Log: Displays the total number of hours that have been entered for this task. This is an actionable column--click to add/edit/view time entries for this task.
- Work Est.: The total number of hours that this task should take to complete. This is different from the duration , which is the number of days granted for the work to be completed. For example, a task may require 3 hours to complete (work estimate), but it may be completed over the course of 2 days (duration).
- Work Est. Balance: The number of hours remaining for this task based upon the work estimated and the number of hours logged for this task. For example, a task is estimated to take 10 hours to complete (work estimate) and 6 hours have been logged against this task. The work estimate balance will be work estimate - actual time, so 4 hours.
- Work Remaining: The number of hours of work outstanding for this task. This number is based upon the work estimate and the percent complete indicated for the task. For example, a task is estimated to take 10 hours to complete (work estimate) and it has been marked 50% complete. The work remaining will be 50% of those 10 hours, so 5 hours.
- Work Type Default: The default work type associated with this task for time entry purposes. These work types are imported directly from integrated PSA applications (ConnectWise and HaloPSA).
- Finance: CAPEX-Actual: The total actual CAPEX expenses associated with this task.
- Finance: CAPEX-Budget: The amount of the CAPEX budget that has been associated with this task.
- Finance: Equipment-Actual: The total budget amount associated with Equipment hours for this task. (Construction License)
- Finance: Equipment-Budget: The amount of the Equipment hours budget that have been associated with this task. (Construction License)
- Finance: General-Actual: The total actual General expenses associated with this task.
