If the screen appears to have stalled (for example, if dashboards are not updating as expected) a Homescreen refresh may be necessary.

  1. Click on the More Options icon in the left navigation.

  2. The More Options menu opens. Select Refresh

  3. A screen appears confirming that the experience is being prepared.

  4. When the Homescreen reappears, if data still seems old or static, refresh again or contact support@moovila.com for further assistance.
