If the screen appears to have stalled (for example, if the Notifications space is not updating as expected) a Homescreen refresh may be necessary.

  1. From the taskbar, click the Options icon. A menu appears.

  2. Select Refresh. A screen appears confirming that the experience is being prepared.

  3. When the Homescreen reappears, if data still seems old or static, refresh again or contact the Help Desk for support.
