Now that the backbone of the project’s structure has been built via phases, SmartTasks can be added in to flesh out the work that needs doing.

  1. From the project page, select the phase under which the new SmartTask will appear by clicking on it. Then click the “+” icon at the bottom of the screen.
  2. The SmartTask window opens and shows detail regarding its placement in the overall project hierarchy.
  3. Next complete the details of SmartTask, including adding Name, Description, Work Window (duration), and assigning Task Owner. To learn more about this and other functionality around SmartTasks, visit the Managing a SmartTask section of the User Guide.
