Now that the backbone of the project’s structure has been built via phases, SmartTasks can be added in to flesh out the work that needs doing.
- From the project page, select the phase under which the new SmartTask will appear by clicking on it. Then click the “+” icon at the bottom of the screen.
- The SmartTask window opens and shows detail regarding its placement in the overall project hierarchy.
- Next complete the details of SmartTask, including adding Name, Description, Work Window (duration), and assigning Task Owner. To learn more about this and other functionality around SmartTasks, visit the Managing a SmartTask section of the User Guide.
