Options: Adjusting Display Settings in Moovila

Moovila offers several customizable options to control the density of information displayed on your screen, as well as the font size at which that information is displayed. These settings can be accessed and adjusted here:

1. In the left navigation, click on the More Options icon.
   
    
2. The More Options menu opens. Click on the Interface Preferences option.
   
    
3. The Preferences dialogue opens, displaying the following options for display settings:
   

• Color Theme: Choose from various options for the color palette of Moovila, including a Dark mode. You will be prompted to refresh the screen to see changes.
• Language: By default Moovila will apply the language setting for your enterprise to your personal display settings. Select another language for your personal display here. You will be prompted to refresh the screen to see changes.
• Default Country: By default Moovila will apply the country setting for your enterprise to your personal display settings. Select another country for your personal display here.
• Default Location: Select the default screen that you wish for Moovila to open to each time you open the application. Options include the Project Portfolio or My Tasks.
• Grid row height: Controls the height of rows in grid format. A smaller row height allows information to be displayed more densely, whereas a larger row height gives more space between rows. You will be prompted to refresh the screen to see changes.
• Font size: Controls the size of the font wherever text appears in the application. You will be prompted to refresh the screen to see changes.
• Show Smart Schedule in Main Navigation: Includes the Smart Schedule icon in the left navigation.
• Use classic user interface: This option allows you to revert the UI back to its previous iteration (before version 40.0).

• Open Grid Controls on First Click: Will expand grid controls with the first click (e.g. date picker, time frame selector). Without this selected you will have the opportunity to type into that cell instead with the first click and may double click to open the grid controls.

  Click OK to apply any updates to Moovila's display settings. To return to the default settings, click on the Reset UI button.
