Autotask PSA: API Member Security Role Requirements

Before Autotask can be integrated with Moovila there are several steps to be taken within Autotask to set up permissions and structure for a successful integration.

API-Only Agent Creation + Permissions

The first step will be to set up an Autotask agent with the following credentials established:

Can modify Show on Invoice setting on task and issue time entries

Can add/edit items
Can delete/uncomplete items
 
Other

Can view Task notes and attachments marked as "Internal Only" and "Internal & Co-managing"
