API members need to have a role associated that has these permissions listed below at minimum in order for the integration between ConnectWise and Moovila to work. (Learn more about the integration here.)
Additional Troubleshooting Considerations:
- In ConnectWise, confirm under Table Setup that there are no tables whose access has been disallowed.
