HaloPSA: Syncing Moovila Projects Back to Halo

Projects may be created in Moovila and synced back to HaloPSA. Below are the steps to do so.

1. From the project you wish to sync back to HaloPSA, click on the More Options icon in the upper navigation.
   
   
   
2. The More Options menu opens. Click Sync to HaloPSA.
   
   
   
3. Once selected, a check will be performed to ensure the project owner and/or managing team are currently synced with Halo. If these criteria are met, the sync process will proceed and the Halo Company, Halo Project Team, and Halo Project Assigned Agent will need to be selected from their corresponding dropdown menus. These are all mandatory. Once these values have been selected, click the Save button to continue.
   

• Note that because Halo does not have "nesting" milestones, each Moovila phase will be an individual Halo milestone in a flat structure.
• Additionally, it is important to note that the association of tasks with milestones will only sync one-way from Moovila into Halo.
