HaloPSA: Monitoring and Managing Project Sync

There are two ways to check the sync status of projects between HaloPSA and Moovila: at the enterprise level and at the project level.

**Note that if a project is archived in Moovila it will no longer sync with PSA integrations. The sync may be reenabled if needed, after the project has been returned to an active status (not archived).**

  1. To check sync status at the enterprise level, click on the More Menu icon in the left navigation.

    c. Quick Filter: Type into this field to filter the projects displayed in the Project Sync Status listing.
    d. Show Archived Projects: By default, projects that have been archived within Moovila will no longer be displayed in this listing. Click this checkbox to include these projects.
