Adding Templates to Dashboards

Templates can be added from any of the dashboard areas (Tasks, Project Portfolio or Projects). It's important to note that because each type of dashboard works with a specific dataset, templates will only be available in the area in which they are saved (e.g. a Project template will only be available in the Project dashboard area). To add templates to dashboards:

  1. In the Dashboard view, click on the More Options icon in the upper navigation.

     
  2. The More Options menu opens. Select Dashboard Layout Templates.

     
  3. Click + Add to Dashboard to add the template. The new content will appear as the last layout in your dashboard.


     
  4. Navigate to the layout whose order you wish to change, and click on the Configure icon.



     
  5. The Configure dialogue opens. Change the layout order using the dropdown menu and click Apply to apply changes.

     
  6. Finally, click Save to save the new dashboard layout and configuration.
