Using the Project Portfolio: Column Headers

  • Category: The category with which the project has been associated (categories are customizable and allow similar projects to be grouped)
  • Changed Date: The date the project was last modified
  • Customer: The customer associated with this project
  • Due Date: The assigned due date for the project
  • Effort Balance (hrs): The amount of hours remaining to be worked based upon tasks completed in the project
  • Effort Total (hrs): The total of hours associated with tasks in this project
  • Favorite: Projects can be "favorited" by clicking on the star icon. The favorites view can then be used to show only projects with this characteristic
  • Forecast Date: Displays the date that a project is forecasted to end without intervention. Dates in purple are forecasted to end on-time, dates in red are forecasted to end late, and dates in green are forecasted to finish early
  • ID: Displays the ID associated with this project. This ID may be either entered manually, or if the project is imported from ConnectWise, it will display the project ID associated with the the project in the ConnectWise system.
  • Impact: The daily financial impact associated with this project appears in this column for those with rights to view it (those rights are configured in project setup)
  • Partner: Displays the partner associated with this project
  • Product: The product associated with this project
  • Program: The program with which the project has been associated (programs are customizable organizational initiatives)
  • Project Name: The listed name of the project
  • Project Owner: The person to whom the project belongs
  • Project Priority: The assigned project priority (Low, Normal, High, Critical)
  • RPAX: The score assigned to this project based upon best practices in project management. The higher the score, the more likely that this project will be completed on time
  • Scope: The reach of this project (Enterprise, Team, Personal)
  • Stage: The stage that has been assigned to this project’s progress (stages are customizable and allow projects at a similar point of progress be grouped)
  • Start Date: The date the project began
  • Status: The status currently assigned to this project (Planning, In Progress, On Hold, Cancelled, Complete) 
  • Sub Title: Sub-title detail for the project
  • Task Counts: Total, Late, Blocked, Critical Priority, Done, Late, Open
  • Team: The team assigned to the project
  • Value: The project value associated with this project appears in this column for those with rights to view it (those rights are configured in project setup)
  • Variance: Difference between Due Date and Forecasted Completion Date
  • Timeline Counts: Late Tasks, Milestone Tasks, Forecast Box, Progress

  • Finance: CAPEX-Top Level Budget: Displays the total of any CAPEX items included in the budget for this project.
  • Finance: CAPEX-Actual: Displays the total of any CAPEX items entered as expenses for this project.
  • Finance: CAPEX-Task Allocations: The amount of the CAPEX budget that has been associated with tasks in this project.
  • Finance: Equipment-Top Level Budget: Displays the total of any Equipment hours included in the budget for this project. (Construction License)
  • Finance: Equipment-Actual: Displays the total of Equipment hours entered as expenses for this project. (Construction License)
  • Finance: Equipment-Task Allocations: The amount of the Equipment budget that has been associated with tasks in this project. (Construction License)
  • Finance: General-Top Level Budget: Displays the total of any General items included in the budget for this project.
  • Finance: General-Actual: Displays the total of General items entered as expenses for this project.
  • Finance: General-Task Allocations: The amount of the General budget that has been associated with tasks in this project.
  • Finance: Labor-Top Level Budget: Displays the total budget associated with Labor for the project.
  • Finance: Labor-Actual: Displays the total actual Labor time spent for the project.
  • Finance: Labor-Task Allocations: Displays the total Labor budget that has been allocated to tasks in the project.
  • Finance: Material-Top Level Budget: Displays the total of any Material items included in the budget for this project. (Construction License)
  • Finance: Material-Actual: Displays the total of Material items entered as expenses for this project. (Construction License)
  • Finance: Material-Task Allocations: The amount of the Material budget that has been associated with tasks in this project. (Construction License)
  • Finance: Total-Revenue: Displays actual revenue calculated from labor time for this project. 
  • Finance: Subsidiary-Top Level Budget: Displays the total of any Subsidiary items included in the budget for this project.
  • Finance: Subsidiary-Actual: Displays the total of Subsidiary items entered as expenses for this project.
  • Finance: Subsidiary-Task Allocations: The amount of the Subsidiary budget that has been associated with tasks in this project.
  • Finance: Total-Top Level Budget: The budget total across all budget categories for this project.
  • Finance: Total-Actual: Displays the total spend across all budget categories for this project.
  • Finance: Total-Task Allocations: Displays the total budget amount allocated to tasks for this project.
