To group all tasks by the limiter of your choice:
- Click into the Group icon menu in the upper navigation.
- The Group options appear.
- Select an option to group tasks:
None: Removes any grouping of the tasks so that they display as a single list. Due Date: Groups tasks by their deadline, starting with Overdue, then displaying Rest of Today, Tomorrow, Rest of this Week, Next Week, and Beyond Next Week. Status: Groups tasks into Not Started, In Progress, Blocked, Complete, and Cancelled. (Or, if you are using the ConnectWise integration, it will group based upon the custom statuses applied to the tasks). Status Category: This option only appears for users with the ConnectWise integration. It groups based upon status categories (Not Started, In Progress, Blocked, Complete, and Cancelled). Several custom statuses may be mapped to a single status category. Priority: Groups from the most urgent to the least urgent—Critical, High, Normal, and Low. Owner: Groups based on task Owner. Tasks that are still pending (have not yet been accepted) will also appear here once they have been assigned. Assigner: Groups based on who assigned the task. Team: Groups based upon the team who is assigned to the project to which the task belongs. Project: Groups tasks based upon the projects to which they belong.
