Organizing Tasks: Collapsing and Expanding

When there are a large number of tasks, it may be helpful to collapse lists of tasks under the headings established using the Sort and Filter tools. This tool is only available in the List and Thumbnail views.

Use the icon to expand the list of tasks and the to collapse them. Or, use the Expand all button or Collapse all button to open or close all tasks in one click.
