Organizing Tasks: Collapsing and Expanding

When there are a large number of SmartTasks, it may be helpful to collapse lists of SmartTasks under the headings established using the Sort and Filter tools. This tool is only available in the List and Thumbnail views.

Use the icon to expand the list of SmartTasks and the to collapse them. Or, use the Expand all button or Collapse all button to open or close all SmartTasks in one click.
