Working a Project: Batch Editing Tasks

  1. Open a project. Click on the View icon in the upper navigation and select Power Grid view. 

     
  2. Click the More Options icon in the upper navigation and select the Batch Edit Tasks option from the dropdown menu.



     
  3. The project shifts into Batch Update mode.

     
  4. Select tasks or phases to be edited by clicking the Not Selected buttons individually for tasks, or clicking Select all to edit all tasks within a phase.

     
  5. Click the Continue button to proceed with the batch edit. The Batch Edit window opens.

     
  6. Click on Owner, Phase, Status or Priority buttons to edit the detail for all of the selected items.
  7. Toggle Send Change Notifications to ON to deliver a notification of changes to the project’s team.
  8. Click the Apply Update button to save changes.
