  2. Choose Batch Delete Tasks from the dropdown.

  3. The project shifts into Batch Delete mode. Select tasks or phases to be deleted by clicking the Not Selected buttons individually for tasks, or clicking Select all to delete all tasks within a phase.

  4. Click Continue to proceed with the deletion of tasks and/or phases.

  5. The Batch Delete window opens. If desired, toggle Send Change Notifications to ON to deliver a notification of changes to the project’s team. Click the Delete task(s) button to save changes.

  6. The Confirm Deletion window opens, to confirm the deletion of tasks, click Yes. Note that any time entries associated with the task(s) that are being deleted will continue to be associated with the project, but will no longer be associated with those tasks.
If you are using a HaloPSA or ConnectWise integration, phases and/or tasks that contain time entries can not be deleted. All time entries must be deleted prior to deleting the tasks/phase.

NOTE: Use Caution when batch deleting tasks.  Once deleted, tasks cannot be restored.
