- Access Project Hub via the Project Hub icon in the upper navigation of the Project Portfolio. If the Project Hub option does not appear in this menu, confirm with your organization's Moovila admin that this feature has been activated for your role.
- Project templates found in Project Hub are pre-populated and ready for use, this includes dependency structures to allow users to easily take advantage of Critical Path functionality.
- Using the following functionality in the upper right navigation (outlined in red above), the following can be done:
- Templates can be grouped by category using the Group button.
- Templates can be filtered by category using the Filter button.
- The Search Bar can be used to find a specific project template.

- Click on a template to open it. The template will display the following information:
- Phases and tasks
- Task names and descriptions
- Milestones
- Duration
- Work estimates
- Step counts
- Note counts
- Templates may be downloaded either as projects or templates by clicking on the Download Template button.
During the download process, first select whether you'd like for the template to be saved as a template in your environment or if you'd like to create a new project using this template. The name can be changed and the project scope may be selected (personal project, team project or enterprise project). After adjusting settings, the template will be brought into your Project Portfolio either as a project or template (depending on the option you selected).
