- In the left navigation, open the More Options menu and select Integrations.
- The Integrations dialog opens. Select the ConnectWise integration tile.
- The ConnectWise Integration dialog opens. Go to the Project Boards tab.
- Find the board for which you'd like to configure auto-import and click Configure Auto-Import. (Note that boards are only available for auto-import functionality once project statuses have been mapped. If you have not mapped your ConnectWise statuses to those in Moovila, find out how here.)
- The Auto-Import dialog opens.
- Under “ConnectWise Project Types to Auto-Import", use the dropdown menu to select the project types you want to bring in.
- Under “ConnectWise Project Statuses to Auto-Import," use the dropdown menu to select the project statuses the projects must be set to in order for the projects to be eligible for auto-import. Note that only statuses not mapped to the Moovila status categories of Cancelled or Complete will be available for this feature.
- Click Done.
-
Click Save to apply changes to your integration configuration. Your Auto-import settings are stored when you save the overall ConnectWise configuration — if you close without saving, they're discarded.
- Once your configuration is saved, projects are eligible for auto-import if they match the configured status and type requirements and were created or updated after setup. Auto-import is part of the ConnectWise integration's "Miscellaneous Sync" which runs every 4 hours. You can also request a "Miscellaneous Sync" by navigating to the ConnectWise Integration configuration, pressing the Advanced Settings button, then the Miscellaneous Data Sync button.
