Managing a Project: Deleting a Project

Below are the steps needed to delete a project in Moovila.

PLEASE NOTE: Once a project has been deleted, the action cannot be undone.  If there is a possibility that project data may need be accessed in the future, we suggest archiving the project instead of deleting. Additionally, any time entries that are associated with the project being deleted will remain, but will not be associated with any project.

1. Open the project you wish to delete in Power Grid view. Click on the More Options icon in the main menu.
   
    
2. The More Options menu opens. Select the Delete a Phase option.
   
    
3. The Select Phases to Delete menu opens. Click on the root node (the project name that appears at the top of the listing).
   
    
4. The Delete Project dialogue opens, reminding you that this action will delete the entire project. Click the checkbox indicating that "I understand this deletion cannot be undone and wish to proceed." Click the Yes button to delete this project.
