- From any project, click on the Notes icon in the upper navigation.

The Project Notes dialogue opens, displaying the following features:
a. Filter: Limit the notes displayed by category, creator, effective date, changed date, or created date. Click Apply to save filters. Click Cancel to discard, or click Reset to remove all filters. To save filter settings as the default, click the Save as my default button in the upper right corner.
b. Group: Arrange notes by project or category. c. Column Display Settings: Choose which columns should appear in the Project Notes display. d. More Options: Choose to Reset Columns (moving them back to their original placement and width), to Export project notes as an XLS file, or to Print to PDF. e. Expand Rows: Click to display all text in notes, regardless of length. f. Add a Note: Click to add a new note. Learn more about this here. g. OK: Click to close the Project Notes dialogue.
