- The hours assigned via the scheduled event will be deducted from the work estimate for that task. This will allow the ability to assign multiple resources on a single task and distribute the workload across individuals.
- Schedules CANNOT be created and sent to ConnectWise without both dates and times.
- When a scheduled event is created that spans more than one date, it will be set the "Span" field in ConnectWise to "Overnight." This will ensure the business rules are matched. Overnight calculates the quantity from the start date/time to the end date/time.
- Scheduled entries that have the same start/end date will need to have a matching quantity between the start and end times. The Qty field and Start/End times will be adjusted accordingly to keep values in line.
- Click Save to continue.
- In the Power Grid view, the following icons will indicate the count and health of scheduled events.
