Moovila Version 36.2 was released on September 26, 2024, at 8pm EST.
The following updates are available in this release:

- Import Project Defaults: The Import project function has been updated to allow users to save their default setting preferences. This includes the Platform (typical outside system you are importing from), and any additional selection options within each of those platforms. Select your preferred settings and select "Save as my default" for these values to be displayed each time you want to import a project.
- Invoice Packaging: The Import Package List dialogue may now be exported to a .CSV file. This export will use any filters that have been applied to the list.
- Performance Updates: The load time of QuickBooks projects and customers has been greatly reduced.
- ConnectWise Integration Updates:
- User Facing Log Changes:
- Additional filter options have been added to certain object selections, allowing users to include any sub-objects that are associated with that selection. E.g. If Project is selected, only top-level project details will be displayed. However, if "Include Children" is also selected, all objects associated with that project will be included.
- User Facing Log "Object Type" fields have been changed to align with ConnectWise verbiage:
- User changed to Member
- Project Task changed to Project Ticket
- Task Note changed to Ticket Note
- Schedule changed to Schedule Entry

- Configuration Changes:
- An "Advanced Settings" button has been added to the ConnectWise Integrations Configuration dialogue. Via Advanced Settings, users may perform a miscellaneous data sync. This will pull data such as company, company status, note categories and work types that don't usually pull with manual project syncs (this data refreshes automatically approximately every four hours).
- The company domain is now a hyperlink, which will take the user to their ConnectWise instance.
- An "Advanced Settings" button has been added to the ConnectWise Integrations Configuration dialogue. Via Advanced Settings, users may perform a miscellaneous data sync. This will pull data such as company, company status, note categories and work types that don't usually pull with manual project syncs (this data refreshes automatically approximately every four hours).
- Project Board Deletion: Project boards with any associated enabled and synced projects in Moovila will not be delete-able. When a project board is deleted it will remove all task status mappings and disconnect those (deactivated) projects that were mapped to the project board.
- ConnectWise Sync and Info Dialogue Changes: In the ConnectWise Project Sync available at the project level, additional options have been added to disable the sync and/or disconnect the project.
- Changes to Optimize Performance with ConnectWise Logic:
- Phases and/or tasks that contain time entries can no longer be deleted. All time entries must be deleted prior to deleting the tasks/phase.
- Project and task values cannot be changed on time records after they have been saved.
- User Facing Log Changes:
- HaloPSA Integration Updates:
- When the permissions check fails, Moovila now lists out all of the permissions needing attention as well as what they should be set to within HaloPSA for a successful sync.
- A new permission has been added to the check: "Can always update Ticket Statuses and re-assign Tickets outside of actions" should be set to yes.
- The option to disconnect a project has been added to the Halo Integration Configuration dialogue. This will delete the connection between the Moovila and HaloPSA project sync.
- HaloPSA Sync and Info Dialogue Changes: In the HaloPSA Project Sync available at the project level additional options have been added to disable the sync and/or disconnect the project.

Minor Releases:
- 10/1/24 (Hotfix): This release resolved an issue in which filtering in a project and then the project portfolio resulted in a frozen UI.
- 10/10/24 (Hotfix): This hotfix updated the frequency with which the backend container syncs all tasks and does not impact the UI.
- 10/15/24: This minor release is a backend performance improvement for returning tasks in the Moovila app.
- Additionally, a minor release was deployed to the public API, which now returns the milestoneAmount field in the following calls: /Report/Task, /Report/Task/TasksforProject, Report/Task/{taskID}
- 10/17/24 (Version 36.2.71359): This release contains ConnectWise integration log improvements.
- 10/22/24: This release contains a fix to access control, resolving an issue with saving tasks from the dashboard as a contributing leader.
- 10/23/24: All time entries are now saving as intended.
- 10/30/24: This release contains the following updates:
- An enhancement to retain the RefNums on projects and tasks when the project is connected to an outside system. If the user clears the ref num out it will not remove it from the project or task.
- Performance enhancements resulting in increased speed in the duplicate and move process.
- Improved performance in team visibility.
- 11/5/24 (Hotfix, Version 36.2.71642): This release resolved an issue with Smart Schedule appointments which had been dragged and dropped not displaying on the correct day and properly impacting the total hours in capacity metrics.
- 11/5/24 (Hotfix): This was a backend fix implemented to support the front end fix previously listed.
- 11/6/24 (Hotfix): This was a backend fix deployed an admin endpoint to deactivate a specific subset of users.
- 11/11/24 (Hotfix): Opportunities are now importing from Hubspot as intended, even when the user assigned to the opportunity is inactive.
- 11/12/24: This release implements a backend change, which updates the way in which users are displayed as "available" in chat.
- A CRM Opportunity Owner is no longer set if one cannot be found in Hubspot. This means the user could either be inactive or no longer exist in Hubspot.
- 11/12/24 (Hotfix): This hotfix resolved a backend caching issue in the ConnectWise container.
- 11/15/24 (Version 36.2.71773): This release contained the following enhancements:
- A performance update was performed for the ConnectWise container.
- ConnectWise configuration modification to synced project filters, nesting Show Archived Projects under Show Disabled
- ConnectWise project sync modal updated label to “Default Work Type”
- ConnectWise (Moovila internal only) project sync modal - double clicking the project name will copy diagnostic info to help Support with troubleshooting
- Sync to ConnectWise/Halo/Autotask option from project’s more options menu will no longer show for projects owned by other enterprises.
- Task Search performance updates and various bug fixes.
- Improved performance allows Project’s Sync to Halo dialog will now come up faster.
- Charge Types and Work Types added to Halo integration.
- 11/17/24 (Hotfix): This hotfix addresses an issue occurring when creating actions with the HaloPSA integration.
- 11/20/24: This release included infrastructural changes to help with container stability that do not impact the front end of the application. There are also changes to the Halo integration's reporting end points and data backfill to prepare this aspect of Moovila for future iterations--these changes do not impact current functionality.
- 11/22/24: This release allows the syncing of phase and task dates for the Jira integration.
- 12/2/24 (Hotfix): This hotfix allows task start + due dates and forecast start + due dates to display in the proper date format in SmartSchedule for European customers.
- 12/4/24: This update allows the rate sheet and billable hours to be properly set on time records that are synced with third party systems, such as HaloPSA.
- 12/4/24 (Hotfix, Version 36.2.71947): This hotfix removes the Work Estimate column within steps for users that are outside of the organization (extended users).
- 12/6/24: This release addresses a series of Autotask fuctions:
- Improved handling of long-running syncs
- Proper synchronization of task owners
- Resolution of issue where tasks were deleted in Autotask when moved out of a phase in Moovila and the phase was subsequently deleted.
- 12/12/24: This release pertains to the HaloPSA integration and allows for the mapping of the Default Charge Type at both the project and project ticket levels. This will be the value set on both ticket types for the "Default Charge Rate." These are optional fields for both systems and are bi-directionally synced. Please note that if a Halo client does not see this field, they will need to add that "Default Charge Rate" into the field list for the applicable ticket types. This will also be available on the Halo Sync and Info Dialogue to show what value (if any) is on the project.
- 12/13/24 (Hotfix): This hotfix addresses an edge case issue with the HaloPSA integration. Tasks with null start and/or target dates are now correctly setting the time on the task, preventing a continuous resynch between the systems.
- 12/16/24 (Version 36.2.72032): This release contains a front-end change to the Quickbooks integration, which allows for multiple Moovila products to be mapped to the same Quickbooks product.
- 12/16/24: This release resolved an edge case in the HaloPSA integration in which a customer is created in Halo, a project is created in Moovila, and then the project is sent from Moovila to Halo before the customer has had time to sync into the Moovila instance.
- 1/2/25: This release was a backend only implementation which updated the manner in which data is denormalized for chat.
- 1/7/25 (Hotfix): This hotfix re-linked orphaned repeat project tasks.
- 1/15/25: This release includes new admin endponts for the purpose of checking that Task caches are accurate.
