Moovila Version 40.3 was released on August 5, 2025, EST. The following updates are available in this release:
- The “Billable Remaining” column has been changed to “Billable Hours Balance” and is now capable of being a negative number. Billable Hours Balance is calculated by taking Work Estimate - Billable hours. If this is a negative number, it will be displayed in red. This field is also available at the portfolio level and can be pulled into portfolio grids and dashboards.
- The discrepancy between what was displayed for RPAX within a Project vs. what was displayed on the Portfolio has been resolved.
- RPAX score logic for the portfolio now appropriately uses the user's target hours for capacity conflicts.
- Unselecting the “Billable” checkbox now correctly removes the Billable Value field if the Billable Hours field has been manually adjusted.
Multiple skills are now able to be properly copied to all relevant tasks in grid fields.
Work Type defaults are now applying the correct default when selecting a project and/or task in the General Time Log grids.
Moving a task before a project refresh is now retained as a change.
The Invoice Packaging project search is now case‑insensitive.
ConnectWise Specific Enhancements:
Project Due date is now a selectable field on the dialogue to sync to ConnectWise (vs requiring the user to go out of the sync dialogue and set a due date on the project itself)
If a due date is already applied on the project that value will be pre-populated into the field for syncing TO ConnectWise
To increase performance, HTTP Status Code is no longer a sortable field within API Request Details in ConnectWise User Facing Logs
