Version 37.1 - Release Notes

Moovila Version 37.1.72482 was released on February 6, 2025, at 8pm EST.

The following updates are available in this release: ​

Smart Schedule Functionality:

• Schedule Variance Column: Keep a closer eye on the delta between the number of hours estimated and those that have been scheduled at both the project and task level. This column takes the total work estimate and subtracts the total scheduled appointments. 
  
  
  
• Capacity Analysis Target Visualization Enhancements: An option is now provided so that variance from capacity targets may be displayed as Full Time Headcount (i.e. How many people do I need?) or as a percentage over/under variance. By default this will display as Full Time Headcount.
  
  
  
• Time Log Notes Expansion: The column width of notes in the Time Log may now be extended. An option to wrap text has been added as well, ensuring that all notes may be read easily.
• Date Range Filters: At the portfolio level, the ability to use a custom date range for Start Date, Due Date, and Completed Date has been added. Last Month and Last Week have also been added to date filters. The Last Week filter option will pull the previous week's data, and Last Month will pull the last calendar month's data.
• Additional Enhancements and Fixes:
  
  • Smart Schedule performance enhancements were applied for the rendering of larger data sets. Users with long first and last names are now adjusted via font sizing to fit within the Display Name window.
  • When a Project Dashboard Template is created, the Time Entry, Notes, and Risks panels are now applying filtering to display only data for the project to which the template is applied. 

  • Grouping by Project in MyTasks is now functioning as intended.

• Minor Releases:
  • 2/10/25: This hotfix resolves an Autotask integration bug in which the project phases were not properly syncing. 
  • 2/11/25 (Hotfix, Version 37.1.72574): This hotfix resolves an issue with the portfolio dashboard's filter, and the Completed Date filter criteria is now performing as intended. 
  • 2/13/25: This release contains the following updates:
  • When projects are copied, if the destination is a child phase of another project, the capacity associated with it is removed.
  • When an integrated project is copied, the Reference Numbers for the project and tasks are cleared.
  • After a project phase is moved to a different project the projects’ summary data is recalculated for the project.
  • 2/19/25 (Hotfix): This hotfix resolved an issue that was preventing tasks from syncing to AutoTask when they had a secondary resource set within AutoTask.
