Moovila Version 43.0 was released on January 13, 2026 at 8pm EST. The following updates are available in this release:
- General Updates:
- Default Note Visibility:
To establish an organizational standard for note creation, a default note visibility of “All Project Participants” or “Internal Members Only” can now be configured in Enterprise Settings. Once defined, all newly created notes across the enterprise will use this default.
For existing enterprises, the default remains All Project Participants to avoid disrupting current workflows. Newly created enterprises will default to Internal Members Only. Moovila admins may update this by clicking on the More Options icon in the left navigation, then selecting Enterprise Settings. The setting may be adjusted using the highlighted dropdown below.
- Default Note Visibility:
- ConnectWise Integration-Specific Updates:
- Improvements to ConnectWise Project Sync Performance: To speed the process of pushing a project from Moovila to ConnectWise, users can now live search for companies using either the Company Name or Company ID in ConnectWise. This prevents the company type search from loading all associated company accounts and causing delays for environments with large company lists.
By default, searches are limited to the company types configured in the ConnectWise Companies tab. Selecting “Show All Company Types” before searching will expand the search to include the full company list.
- Pause of Opportunities Functionality: Until additional enhancements are available for Opportunity sync between ConnectWise and Moovila, the option to enable Opportunity syncing from the Moovila interface will be unavailable for both new and existing clients unless it is already enabled.

- Halo and Autotask Integration-Specific Updates:
- Integration Configuration Improvement:
Project names in the Integration Configuration dialogue are now clickable. This allows users to navigate directly to the associated project. Links will only be displayed for projects to which the user has permission.

- General Fixes / Enhancements:
- When creating a repeat task, the warning message has been updated to clarify that dependencies cannot be set for the task to save successfully.
- An issue where-in the Billable Balance totals were not displayed in Task Dashboards has been resolved.
- Holiday names are now visible in Work Capacity Settings beyond the year 2026.
- Newly created resource types in the ConnectWise integration configuration are now appearing in the auto-mapping list and displaying as normal.
Hotfixes + Minor Releases
- 1/13/26 (Hotfix): The first hotfix released on this date applies a cap for syncing tasks in projects from Halo that have due dates 10 years or more from today and also prevents the Critical Path Engine from running a calculation on visions that have tasks with due dates >10 years from today. The second is a performance enhancement for how Project Hub note counts are made, cutting down the number of calls made.
- 1/14/26 (Hotfix): This hotfix release resolves an issue in which project and task notes synced to Autotask were duplicated.
- 1/14/26: This minor release solves for the possible duplication of a risk register reference number if multiple risks were added at the same time during a bulk update call.
- 1/15/26: The following updates were made in this release:
- Project Hub Template Downloads will now navigate directly to the Power Grid view vs. Dashboard.
- "Show Smart Schedule in main navigation" will now be applied as the interface default for new users. This can still be modified in Interface Preferences (found in the More Options menu in the left navigation).
- The Template Analytics header's height was adjusted to prevent task titles from being cut off.
- CW Integration Configuration:
- Since all organizations using the ConnectWise integration have chosen to sync time, this option has been removed from the integration configuration to simplify setup. Time will now be synced by default for all clients.
- Additionally, the Time Entries tab has been renamed Time / Work Roles to more accurately reflect its contents.
- An additional minor release on this date provided a backend up date to resolve occasional Autotask container restarts.
- 1/20/26: In today's first minor release, an error message has been added in the integration configuration dialogue upon saving if a mapped status was made inactive in ConnectWise. The second minor release contained a small tweak to the Project Status error message added in the first release.
- 1/23/26: This release contained a performance improvement to the Notes container.
- 1/26/26: This release is preparation for a future release of a Zendesk integration and adds indexes for performance to the Data Warehouse container.
