Release Version: 21.

New features in this version of Moovila are as follows:

• Enhanced Task Owner Selection
  • Selecting Task Owners within the Project's PowerGrid just got easier
    • The Task Owner selection list is now a consolidated view that displays users only once (prior to showing users for each associated team).
    • The team selection for task owners can now be chosen under the user name.

  • Expense Posting
    
    Tools to track expenses in Moovila are now available in the General Expense Log (located within the Resources Menu).
    • Expenses can be entered and flagged as General, Subsidiary or CAPEX, and associated with projects or tasks to track against their budgets. These expense will then be visible for review within the Task (if associated) or Project Actuals. They will also roll up to the Portfolio totals under each applicable category.
    • Data associated with expenses can also be viewed in dashboard panels for easy expense monitoring.
• Project Creation via Opportunities
  
  
  • Users can now create projects from the Opportunities dialogue, using templates based on associated product type.
  • In Opportunities, users will be able to see a listing of any projects associated with an opportunity and click through to view them.
