Version 43.1 Release Notes

Moovila Version 43.1 will be released on January 28, 2026 at 8pm EST. The following updates are available in this release: 

• ConnectWise PSA Integration Updates:
  • New ConnectWise Users to Be Added to Moovila as Inactive by Default: This allows administrators to review new users and activate only those who they wish to be assigned a license seat.
  • Simplified User Status Synchronization: The existing setting “Sync User Status from ConnectWise” has been updated to “Sync Inactive User Status from ConnectWise.” When enabled, Moovila will now only inactivate users when they are marked inactive in ConnectWise. No other user status changes (such as automatic reactivations) will occur. This setting will be enabled by default but can be disabled if needed via the Advanced Settings dialogue in the Integration Configuration.
    

Minor Releases and Hotfixes:

• 1/30/26 (Hotfix): This deployment adds an admin endpoint that bulk deletes general note sync records.
• 1/30/26: This release properly sets the enterprise’s default security role on Moovila users created with the ConnectWise integration. It also updates the ConnectWise integration tile in Moovila to show whether the integration is in wizard (configuration) or standard mode and whether it’s enabled or not.
  This release also resolves an issue where member ranking would get reset on team change to 'member' for any user who wasn't the 'primary leader.'  Additionally it resolved another issue for team member records where duplicates could be present and the user permission for 'team leader' and 'can be assigned to' flags might not provide the full permissions the user had. 
• 2/3/26: This minor release adjusts the manner in which the ConnectWise integration status is displayed in the ConnectWise integration tile.
• 2/5/26: This minor release contains performance-related improvements and back-end preparations for an upcoming release.
• 2/10/26: This minor release updates an internal endpoint by modifying the time zone date offset that’s returned. A second small release on this same date compresses the response data.
• 2/12/26: This minor release contains an internal container to be used by Moovila to aid in syncing and provide sync task metric data. 
• 2/17/26: This was a minor Vision container build number change, and a Moovila hotfix to resolve an issue exporting project tasks when a task was added to a project that was created from a template.
• 2/19/26 (Hotfix): This hotfix resolves an issue with Halo Milestones not getting created in Moovila.
• 2/23/26 (Hotfix): This hotfix consists of a backfill operation to remove duplicate tasks introduced in the past (since resolved) and adds a unique index on the publicAPI tasks collection.
• 2/23/26: This minor release  adds a couple fields to the risk object in preparation for changes in upcoming Moovila v.44 release.
• 2/24/26: This minor fix delivers a change to both improve the efficiency of the ConnectWise partial syncs, and add a delay after an edit occurs prior to the sync starting. This slight delay helps resolve an issue wherein Moovila edits were being reverted.
