1. To access the Opportunities functionality in Moovila, first click the Opportunities icon in the left navigation. 

     
  2. The Opportunities dialogue opens, displaying the following functionality:

    a. Group: Organize opportunities by customer, status, stage, CRM stage (for imported data), owner, and estimated close by month.
    b. Column Display Settings: Choose the columns that will appear in the Opportunities grid by clicking to select/deselect.
    c. More Options: Click this menu item to access the ability to reset columns (reverts back to original display order and width), export all data in the Opportunities dialogue as an XLS document, or to print the Opportunities dialogue to PDF.

     
    d. Filter: Click to limit the display of data in the Opportunities dialogue by customer, partner, owner, status, product, stage, estimated close date, changed date, or created date. Filter settings may be removed by clicking the Reset button, or saved as default by using the Save as my default button in the upper right corner.

     
    e. Linked Projects: Click to view or add projects associated with this opportunity. Learn more about this functionality here

     
    f. Add an Opportunity: Click to add a new opportunity to the listing. Find more detail about how that is done here.
