Version 29.1 - Hotfix Release Notes

Version 29.1.64086 was released August 24, 2023 at 9:00pm EDT.

Enhancements + Updates:

• Improved visibility and performance of project tasks in "Tasks" functional area.

• Timesheets now mark time entries as billable by default when a rate sheet is applied to the project.

• The start time for time adjustments now defaults to the "typical work day start time" established in the Enterprise Settings > Work Capacity Defaults. 

• Task start and due dates remain unchanged after users cancel edits.

• ConnectWise PSA (CW) Integration

  • The CW Project Board grouping issue has been resolved.

  • CW configuration now has an indicator as to whether the security role associated with the authenticated CW API Member has sufficient permissions to allow the integration to function.

  • Addressed permissions error when accessing the configuration's Time Entry or Opportunities tabs.

Hotfix deployed on Thursday 8/31/2023

• Deleting a phase with children phases and tasks in Moovila now properly deletes the phases and tasks in ConnectWise.
• Resolved an issue where the Work Role/Resource Type was incorrectly updating in the originating sytem.
• Time entries that are deleted from ConnectWise are now consistently deleted properly in Moovila.
• Properly syncing previously synced data that was deleted while the ConnectWise Integration was disabled.
• Now defaulting imported Time records with associated Task’s Cost Code and Billing Code.
• Matching on user’s email, case insensitively, when checking to see if user can import projects from ConnectWise.
• Cleaned up error handling and other minor bug fixes.

• The project’s “Save as PDF” button now properly prints the PDF.

• Moovila’s ConnectWise integration functionality now permits up to 1000 Companies to be mapped in the wizard and the configuration pages.
• Additional infrastructure logging.

• Time Clock notes can now be up to 5000 characters long.

• Addressed RPAX score differences between portfolio and project views
