Version 35.0 - Release Notes

Moovila Version 35.1.69360 was released on May 31, 2024, EST.

The following updates are available in this release:

• Ticket IDs will now be pulled from ConnectWise into the Moovila Ref Num field. This is a one-way sync, and any edits made within this field in Moovila will not be sent back to ConnectWise in this version.
• The project-level More Menu option for viewing ConnectWise project sync information has been updated to "ConnectWise Sync and Info."
• Phase status mapping has been removed from the ConnectWise configuration process, as this data no longer syncs between the two systems.
• Discussion and internal flags set on ticket notes are now syncing properly between ConnectWise and Moovila. 
• Scheduled Entries are now syncing smoothly between Moovila and ConnectWise regardless of the due date time.
• When "Duplicate from Template/Project" is selected, a notification will be displayed if there are not Cost and/or Billing Codes applied at the project level, but there are tasks within the source project containing Cost and/or Billing Codes. The notification indicates that the codes applied at the task level will not transfer over.

• 6/7/24: ConnectWise ticket note enhancements.
• 6/14/24: Extended User View Rights Modified for MSP License Holders:
  • Effective from this day forward, the following fields will be removed from PowerGrid and Dashboard Views for extended users invited by MSP enterprises:

      • Work Remaining

• 6/20/24:
  • Additional filter field added to exclude inactive projects. This is in preparation for an upcoming release and there will be no effect on functionality until the next version of Moovila has released. 
  • An updated budget container was deployed to properly recalculate the task's budget work estimate when the time assigned to schedule items is modified.
• 6/24/24:
  • Project Portfolio dashboards now include pre-configured project status panels that can be added to layouts.
  • For MSP license holders, extended users will view a default Project Portfolio dashboard layout that displays projects by status.
  • Halo functional and performance improvements.
• 6/27/24: Cost Codes are no longer moving to an inactive status without user intervention.
• 7/2/24: Timecard's request logging issue was resolved.
  • Update to authentication for the Moovila Open API.
