Version 36.0 - Release Notes

Moovila Version 36.0 was released on August 30, 2024, at 9pm EST.

The following updates are available in this release: 36.0.70670

• Work Types for ConnectWise Integration: Work types that will be available for use in Moovila will be populated by ConnectWise in a one-way sync.
  
  
  
  • Default work types for Enterprise or Project Board associations will also be populated by ConnectWise. In Moovila they may also be set as a task default via the Work Type Default column in the Power Grid view.
  • Work types will be pre-populated by default in the Time Log, but can be modified by users as time is entered (or after, if needed).
  • These work types may be used within the Time Log to group, sort, and filter time entry data.
  • They are also available for reporting and visualization in Dashboard panels and Expense Dynacharts.

• Smart Schedule Updates:
  
  • Multiple Auto-Find Timeslot Configuration: Under Settings in the Smart Schedule, the number of timeslots displayed by the Auto-Find functionality can be configured. This would allow multiple available timeslots to appear per day.
    
    
    
• ConnectWise Integration Wizard Functionality: The following features provide troubleshooting to ensure a smooth integration process.
  • Minimum Version Check: At the initiation of the integration process, ConnectWise users will now be notified if their version is out of date and prompted to update it prior to proceeding.
  • Permission Settings Notes: Details are provided for permissions that need modification so that they may be corrected prior to connecting the two systems.
  • Customer name has been added to Project Sync listings.
• Other Updates and Improvements:
  • A task that does not have an owner can now set the privacy column appropriately.
  • The appended word "Copy" no longer appears with phase names when applying from templates and/or duplicating/copying to other projects.
  • Time entries packaged in invoices are how displaying the appropriate invoiced status in the database.

• 8/4/2024: Update resolved issue surrounding the changing of a project's managing team.
• 8/5/2024 (Hotfix, Version 36.0.70722): Moovila app now opens in MS Teams as intended.
• 8/5/2024: Various Halo PSA Integration Improvements:
  
  • Duration calculations now take into consideration project workdays and holidays
  • Additional permission added for validation check
  • API user agents no longer sync to teams
