Version 27.0 - Release Notes

Version 27.1.60133, released May 4, 2023 EST.

The following new features are available in this latest release of Moovila: 

• Opportunities Functionality:
  • CRM stage is now available as a grouping option in the Opportunities area and will be set as the default grouping moving forward.
  • When navigating away from Opportunities, the prior grouping option will be persisted.
  • The Partner option for grouping in Opportunities will only appear to organizations with the Partner License. 
    

• Notes Functionality:
  • Notes may now be filtered by "creator."
  • Notes added at the Portfolio level may now be assigned to a project (this will then switch the note to a project level note.
    
    
    
• ConnectWise Functionality:
  • Projects Synced are now grouped and may be expanded/collapsed by Project Board.
  • When “Sync” is selected for a specific project, data will not only be pushed from Moovila to CW, but any updates will also be pulled into Moovila as well. 
    
    
    
• Additional Updates + Enhancements:
  
  • Chat notifications are now sending only to users with notifications turned “on” in settings.
  • Dashboards created via Templates are now visualizing data as intended.
  • When applying a dashboard template to a project that included an Expense Dynachart, the project is now being set as the default (for that project level dashboard).
  •  “Templates” have been removed from the My Tasks area.
  • Within Gantt chart, milestones are now movable within the drag and drop function.
  • Data locks are applied only when necessary.
  • Capacity Modeling dashboards now accurately show date allocations for long running projects. 
  • Notifications are no longer sent when “Send Change Notifications” are set to OFF.

Hot Fixes:

• 5/8/2023: An update was made to the back-end Hubspot container to resolve an issue with Hubspot deal import when no owner was found.
• 5/10/2023: Users in the General Business Enterprise can now only assign tasks to users with whom they are in a team.
• 5/11/2023: When a project rate sheet is set to actual time, the Time Entry’s Billable Hours will now properly be set to actual time instead of the next 15 mins. (version 27.1.60498)
• 5/15/2023: Stability and performance improvements for the ConnectWise integration.
• 5/22/2023: Resolved issue and now all CW project tickets (tasks in Moovila) are coming in on initial project import as intended. This hot fix also included task search performance improvements.
• 5/31/2023: All successor inter-project dependencies now load when a project is opened, as intended.
