Version 45.3 - Release Notes

Moovila Version 45.3 was released on July 6, 2026, at 8pm EST.
The following updates are available in this release: 

New Guest User Invitation Option: Guest users may now be added to Moovila directly from the Team Admin dialog, without leaving the team you are working on. Team leaders and users with the "Universal Team View/Edit" permission will be able to added these guest users to extended teams.

Autotask PSA Auto-Disable Project Sync: In order to optimize performance, projects that have been marked with a status in a category of "Cancelled" or "Completed" for 60 days or more will have their sync to Autotask PSA automatically disabled. This is a setting that can be modified to best suit the needs of your organization. Details on how to update this setting can be found in the article Autotask PSA: Modifying the "Auto-Disable Sync" of Projects. 

Other Miscellaneous Updates + Enhancements:

• Resolved issue for quick filter reloading to the top of the project.
• Addressed issue wherein scrolling left on a Mac trackpad would navigate "back" in the browser. 

Hotfixes + Minor Releases:

• 7/7/26: The first release on this date adds RPAX data points to the Moovila Public API. The second release increases the WAF’s allowable query string length, resolving an issue with Microsoft Calendar linking.  
• 7/9/26: There were two releases made live on this date. They were updates to .NET 10, library, and security.
• 7/10/26: This release contains an infrastructure upgrade (upgrading container to .NET 10) as well as security enhancements.
• 7/13/26: Two releases were made live on this date. They included security updates, .NET 10, and library updates.
• 7/16/26: This minor release resolves an issue with Move Phase for very large projects.
• 7/16/26 (Hotfix): This hotfix resolves a possible duplicate time entry bug in production.
• 7/17/26: This release contains various backend fixes and enhances, which resolve: an issue wherein team admins were not able to see all teams, access control limits for admins, backmerge changes and the failed report generation due to package updates.
• 7/22/26 (Hotfix): This hotfix adds a new swagger admin endpoint that permits removing task sync records with options to also delete a task in ConnectWise, Moovila or both systems.
• 7/24/26: Several releases were pushed live on this date. They include the following updates:
  • An adjustment was made which prevents automatic project sync disablement when a 504 was encountered. It also improves project sync routing for the Halo integration, removing a possible sync conflict.
  • The Total Remaining Work field is now available in the Project Portfolio.
  • The Project Portfolio’s timeline view progress bar is now displaying accurately. The progress bar now ends with the greater of the most recently closed task's forecasted due date or completed date.
  • The preparation for new "add guest users to teams" security permission was finalized.
  • The addition of the final backend support for an upcoming addition to ConnectWise integration functionality. A future front-end change will implement this feature for end users. 
• 7/27/26: This minor release ensures that reference numbers and outside system code references are removed when visions are copied.
• 7/27/26 (Hotfix): This hotfix resolves an error with syncing schedule statuses.
• 7/28/26: There were two releases pushed live on this date. The first was an update which allows only users with the Invite Guests to Teams (5150) permission to invite guests to extended teams. They must also be on the extended team invite screen and either be a leader on the team or have the Universal Team View/Edit (9500) permission. The second release includes .NET 10, library, and security updates.
• 8/3/26: A front end release today contains the following updates/functionality enhancements:
  • Resource Capacity (DRM): An issue was resolved, and now all users are displayed as intended when the primary grouping option is set to users and "named teams & users" has been applied as a filter. Previously, only users with existing capacity were included. This update ensures all users are available in the user dropdown so they can be selected or deselected as needed.
  • Autotask Project Import: The process now passes in the defaulted timeframe filter value (Last 30 days for example) to reduce the number of projects evaluated during import. Selecting "All Time" may still reproduce an issue if there is an exceedingly large volume of historical projects in an organization's account. 
  • Labor Time Logs and Dashboards: "Resource Type" has been added as an available filter and grouping option within Labor Time Log grids and dashboards.
  • ConnectWise: Minor tooltip copy updates were made for Auto-Import and Miscellaneous Sync settings.
  • The resolution of several potential minor issues surrounding the SharePoint integration.  
• 8/5/26: This release introduces a new Change Connection to ConnectWise dialog that is launched from the ConnectWise integration’s API member button. It is primarily designed to help enterprises who are migrating from on-prem to ConnectWise cloud hosted and allows them to update their domain, user, and keys. It also allows enterprises who are not migrating to easily change their integration agent.
