Version 45.2 - Release Notes

Moovila Version 45.2 was released on June 12, 2026, at 8pm EST.

The following updates are available in this release: 

• Halo Contract (Agreement) and Change Rate on Project Export: When you export a Moovila project to HaloPSA, you can now associate the project with a Halo Contract (in some Halo UI instances this section and object are named “Agreement”) and set a Default Charge Rate directly from the sync dialog. The contract you choose will also be shown on the project's sync details, so you can confirm a project’s contract from within Moovila at a glance. Both new fields are optional; if you leave them blank, project syncing works exactly as it did before.
  
  What's Changed:
  • Halo Contract: Link the new HaloPSA project to a client contract at the time of sync.
  • Halo Project Default Charge Rate: Set the default charge rate that the new HaloPSA project should use.
  • Contract shown in sync details: The linked contract now appears as HaloPSA Contract on the project sync record.
    
    
     
• ConnectWise Auto-Import (beta release):  This functionality will initially be rolled out to a small group of beta users, and will be widely available to all ConnectWise users soon. Auto-import lets you configure the ConnectWise integration to automatically bring in projects from ConnectWise so they don't need to be imported one at a time. This is configurable per ConnectWise project board, and you control which projects qualify for import based on the ConnectWise project types and project statuses. 
  
  
  To use auto-import, make sure of the following:
  • You have configured the project status categorizations within the ConnectWise integration configuration. The auto-import option only appears once your ConnectWise project statuses have been categorized. 
  • You know which project board(s) you would like to configure. Auto-import is set up board by board, so each board can behave differently.

You'll find auto-import on the ConnectWise integration configuration’s “Project Boards” tab. Please note, the Projects tab has been moved prior to the Project Boards tab to ensure statuses are configured prior to auto-import configuration. • Other Updates with This Release:
  • This version also includes visual improvements to dark mode.
  • This build resolves an issue that occurred if a synced halo project were deleted in Halo (while still configured to sync in Moovila). Logging for this issue has been modified (replacing an error with a warning) and ensures the project sync config delete does not get stuck while getting removed.

Minor Releases and Hotfixes:

• 6/16/26 (Hotfix): A hotfix released on this date resolves an issue that was preventing users from receiving an invitation email if invited from the Moovila Admin Site.
• 6/18/26: There were two minor releases on this date. The first is a required backend release supporting Scheduling Location (category in ConnectWise) and Scheduling Status sync into Moovila from Connectwise. This functionality will be made available to users in a future frontend release. The second release on this date modifies logging in the Security container.
