Version 31.0 released October 31, 2023 EDT.

ConnectWise Integration Enhancements:

Project and Ticket Notes Syncing 

Project and ticket level notes are now bi-directionally synced between Moovila and ConnectWise. No additional configuration is needed.​

• Project Level Notes:

  • Additional Information: 
    • Project Note types from ConnectWise will automatically be created in Moovila’s Note categories, and a linkage created between the two.
    • If a Note Category is associated to a Project Note in Moovila that does not map to a ConnectWise Note Type, that note will still be synced, and it will go to the Note Type Default set in ConnectWise (this is also true if a note category is not set on a note in Moovila).
    • There are no project note-level visibility restrictions in ConnectWise, all notes coming from ConnectWise will be marked with the visibility setting of “All Participants” in Moovila.
    • If Executive Level notes visibility is set on the note in Moovila, that note will not sync to ConnectWise as this prevents potentially sensitive date from being shared. 
• Task Level Notes:

  • Additional Information:
    • Discussion is always set when syncing a note from Moovila to ConnectWise.
    • Internal will only be set when syncing from Moovila to ConnectWise when the visibility on the note is set to "Internal Team Members."
    • If Executive Level notes visibility is set on the note in Moovila, that note will not sync to ConnectWise as this prevents potentially sensitive date from being shared.

Moovila Note Changes:

• Note entries in Moovila have been limited to having one associated task to support seamless integration with ConnectWise.

Other Updates + Enhancements:

• Task start dates are now removed when a task is converted to a milestone, resolving scheduling issues for those using milestones and anchor dates.
