  • Time Menu becomes Resource Menu:
    • The Time menu in the left navigation has been renamed the Resource menu to accommodate a broader set of functionality.
  • Infinite Scroll: Performance enhancements have been made so that even in the presence of 1,000's of rows of data the user experience will be seamless.
  • Print Format Optimization: Improvements have been made to PowerGrid print formatting.
  • Edit Phase: Functionality allowing users to easily edit a specific phase within a project has been added.

Additional Functionality: On September 29th, 2021, Moovila updated notification functionality so that notifications are only delivered for projects that are in the "In Progress" status.

  • Projects with a status of Planning, On Hold, Cancelled or Completed will no longer deliver notifications to SmartTask owners. This means that schedules can be updated, task ownership can be modified, and task details can be added as needed when project details are being hammered out in the Planning phase or re-thought when On Hold. Your team will not receive a barrage of notifications as these changes are made, allowing you to iterate as needed. When the project is ready to go and changes are ready to share, simply move the project back into the In Progress status and the latest updates will be sent to your team as Task Update notifications.
  • It is important to note that any projects that are currently actively being worked upon should be placed in an In Progress status for notifications to continue to be delivered to your team.
